asked not to chat in the channel, and you continue to do so, you will be kicked
or banned.

URL's posted by operators or recognized helpers of the channel that are pointing
to help for our user base.
Being rude to other users and/or operators.
#mIRC will not tolerate being rude to anyone in the channel. While a joke (indicated
with a ';)' at the end is accepted on occasion, be aware that remarks that are meant
to inflame, or degrade anyone in the channel will not be tolerated.
Continuously messaging operators or users in the channel without
permission.
If an operator wishes to talk to you, they will ask if its ok. Users should never
Message or DCC Chat the operators without prior permission. Since this is a help
channel and the users come to it for help, not chats, you should not private message
users (or DCC chat them) without getting prior permission.

Clones are not allowed in #mIRC. If you bring in a clone, and we determined that
you and the clone are active connections, BOTH you and the clones will be kicked.

cause, you should 2Address a Memo to the
channel founder (HorseC) detailing your issue.
